3D Candy World is coming together.....

Hello, hello.  Here is where I am at thus far with my world.  Looking pretty busy, isn;t it?  I put some fences in but it didn't look good to me so I took it all out.  There are no lights at the moment so everything is looing a bit de-saturated.  I also rendered it out in the low poly setting...the final renders should have everything looking soft and pudgy.

Not long now till the year is over.  It has been well and truly insane for me.  I am normally busy but this year I have well and truly overloaded beyond what should me humanly possible.  I am pretty proud of what I have achieved and learned and I can't wait to have more time to do my own projects.  School ends early December.....not long now.....

Some journal entries!

Hi, hi!

How are things going?  Thought I would touch base.  My first week and a bit at work has been quite full on.  Lots of work to do for now.....will see how that goes.  Rob and I went to Sushi Jiro at the QV last weekend for some delicious sushi train.  We love sushi train.  I especially wanted to draw the scampi nigiri and the spicy salmon nigiri.

I also drew my fatty boombah kitty, Hanzo.  He is on a diet...but it's going to take time to lose weight, so he's still fat.  I need to lose weight too.  I really need to lessen my sugar and certainly exercise more.

Working on some test animations tomorrow.  Should be good fun!

IF: Mail

"Peggy was so surprised when she discovered that........"

This is my submission for Illustration Friday: Mail.  Thought I would leave it open ended for everyone else to fill in the blanks.

I haven't been able to submit for two weeks because of freelance work and it feels so nice to have something up for this week.  I am still on fashion illustration mode and enjoying it a lot.  Done in Flash and tweaked in Photoshop.

IF: Burning

Howdy!

This is my illustration for Illustration Friday and the theme is Burning.  I wanted to do something simple with bold colours and I went for "burning passion" and why not?  I think it's the type of burning most people wont mind at all.  This was illustrated in Flash.

I bought two awesome fashion books today: Dreaming of Chanel and Dreaming of Dior.  I would definitely recommend them!
