Face Doodle: Green Bird

I bought a bird book from Japan and there are all these birds in it that I don't recognize and the book is in Japanese so unfortunately I can use it as a reference but I have no idea what bird it is and this is one of them!  So far, am calling it green bird!

So, this was drawn and colored traditionally and I bumped it up in Photoshop.
